I felt that I had to put a few words down on paper to try to express my feelings about Life Coaching with Andrew. I would also be very proud if Andrew were to use my words as a testimony for his ability, as I would personally recommend Andrew to anyone and regularly do!

Firstly I would like to say that I was a complete novice and unfamiliar with the concept of Life Coaching and Goal Setting.

I found Andrew to be friendly and genuine, which is probably the most important thing, initially. Well, it is important to me! Andrew was with me every step of the way, in fact he is such an inspiring an warm person that he helped me to ‘know that I could do it’ and that is saying something!

I found every session with Andrew filled me with a sense of positivity, inspiration and an awareness of my own potential.

My goals were not easy and involved a lot of changes in my lifestyle, outlook and hardest of all emotion.

My life has changed so much for the better and continues to do so as I apply the techniques and skills that Andrew has shown me. I am now achieving more in many areas of my life, I am more at peace with myself and able to look any challenge in the eye, appreciate them learn from them and be thankful for the lesson.

One more thing, I know that as excellent as the course is, I would not be where I am today if it were not for Andrew’s interpretation and humanity.
